Magnesium is super important for proper nerve function- so it's very helpful to fibromyalgia patients. The most effective form I have found is Magnesium bath flakes from Amazon. I personally don't notice any effect from taking Magnesium pills, but the bath flakes get my pain down really quickly

Vitamin D is a must have, especially during the winter. The decrease in Vitamin D due to shorter days in winter leads to an increase in SAD and depression in general. Plus, how many people can say truthfully that they get enough natural sunlight every day?

I have heard that Arnica and Sunflower extract or oils are good for muscle cramps/tightness. I have used a massage therapy lotion with these in it and had amazing results.
