Do Supplements Really Work?

Just curious, has anyone found that adding certain vitamins and supplements has helped them? I already take a multivitamin and vitamin D. I’m looking at CareOf vitamins & supplements, but I really don’t know if it’s worth the money or not.

I think it's different for everyone, but personally since I am getting no help from my doctors I have added about 20 vitamins and supplements to my routine over the last few months and I've only gotten worse and I kind of regret wasting all that money so take that how you will 😅

I have found that the cheap supplements do nothing. So now I research vitamin companies to find out where and how they are sourcing their product. And I am having good luck with healthy clean eating in place of some of the supplements.

@Ena Huh, that might be it. The majority of mine are Spring Valley from Walmart because I can only afford the cheapest.

The only ones that have ever helped me were turmeric with pepper, different forms of magnesium, CBD, melatonin, PEA, hyaluronic acid, probiotics, & ginger root extract.

I started taking living collagen from ancestral supplements on Amazon. They are costly but wow did it help a lot!

I use Dr. Sinatra's products they are wonderful, work and are affordable. They come in the mail and they will send you catalogs with all their products. I also use Turmeric Curcumin with Ginger from Spring Valley from Walmart. It is cheap under ten dollars but it says one a day I started out with 6 a day for about two months and now I take 4 a day two in the am and two in the pm and it helps my pain and inflammation greatly. The pain management Dr. told me I can take as many as I need till it helped on bad days I take 2 morn 2 dinner and 2 bedtime. They are super easy on your stomach also.

I like to take magnesium, D3, B vitamins, and iron for migraines. I also add in vitamin C for my immune system☺️

Taking a variety of cannabinoids has been more helpful to me than the supplements I’m on I think.
