Sorry to hear that you’re dealing with this. I have similar situation where I developed heightened anxiety, panic attacks and hyper stimulation auditory issues & light sensitivity post covid infection. I was 33yrs old and it’s been ongoing for almost a year now amongst other symptoms like dizziness, lightheaded, fatigue, occipital migraines. I got a therapist which has helped a bit and having social interaction has helped me a little as well
