Suspected hEDS and Possible Joint Dislocation - Need Advice

Okay, so, I'm suspected hEDS, and the other day I woke up in the middle of the night and tried to roll over and bend my arm, I COULD NOT bend my elbow and moving my arm was horrific pain, so, just did my best to ignore it and fall back asleep. When I got back up a few hours later I could move it again, but it still felt very sore for a while. Could this have been a joint dislocation? I've dealt with subluxations a lot (in my shoulders, thumbs, and hips)

This happens to me A LOT. I think it's a subluxation, but I am not 100% sure. I think if it was a dislocation I would have to pop it back in instead of it being fine and sore in the morning!
