SVT and Cardiac Ablation: Palpitations Not Felt?

I have SVT, and had a cardiac ablation done in 2016. the thing is is didn't(and still don't) feel the palpitations. Dies anyone have this issue?

Hi! I also had a cardiac ablation done about 7 years ago for my SVT. During the surgery they said a new pathway created itself. I still struggle with high rates & palpitations. Medial professionals have debated about doing another procedure to correct the other one.

I don't feel any palpitations, even when my heart rate gets up to 175 beats per minute. My doctor does not like this. He's asked me several times if I felt them before the ablation. I keep telling him no. I also don't feel pain like a "normal " person does. When my pain level gets to an 8, pain meds don't work, not even the strong stuff via iv in the er. I've always been that way with pain for as long as I can remember.
