i take methotrexate for cancer and i’m not sure what your dosage is but mines pretty high and my main side effects are nausea and sores.

I take methotrexate for SLE too. It makes me really nauseous and makes my alopecia worse, but it does help with the other symptoms, and keeps my lupus from attacking vital organs
