I don’t have an answer here, but I was diagnosed very recently and would also love to know more about this. It has been two years since I started experiencing major, life altering symptoms (chronic joint pain, early onset arthritis, bilateral labral tear, etc.) I have not experienced many *new* symptoms during this time, but my pain/joint damage, which started in my right hip, now affects 6 areas of my body. That’s really all I can speak to in terms of timing/ progression, but thought I’d share in case it’s helpful!

I want to know the same! I'm 4 years into symptoms which started in my hips, the pains have progressed to my spine and shoulders, sometimes ribs although its worst in the morning and I'm normally functional during the day.
