racing thoughts/spirals, cold sweat, terror, aggression. i tend to scream a little most times because i end up pushing myself too hard. other times i freeze and shut down. in only the most severe ones (like when something actually awful has happened rather than just a regular stress overload) i tremble and weep. i also have borderline (and tentatively asd) and have testosterone body though so mine might be a bit more... outwardly intense than most people with anxiety alone? i didnt used to do that though - before testosterone i would cry a lot more often in an anxious meltdown and i was more likely to go mute in a shutdown.

I definitely tend to get more irritated when I’m having a panic attack because most times I don’t realize I’m having a panic attack until it starts happening. Usually just very irritable and upset and shut down very easily.

Heart palpitations, lightheadedness/vertigo, nausea, sweating, disassociation, irritability, and overall weakness- I'm sure I'm forgetting some 😅

I got most of those too. Though the dizziness is what I call vertigo because I sometimes get it mixed up with vitiligo. I also feel like passing out though.

I disassociate and cry mostly. Also I have heightened senses so noises are louder smells are awful and lights are brighter. If it happens in public I also become extremely afraid. And because of my PTSD I sometimes flash back to when I used to get beaten for crying uncontrollably. I didn't actually learn that these symptoms were a panic attack until I was 18.

For silent or quiet episodes I shallow breathe, disassociate or stare off into space, go very still as if frozen, can answer basic questions but usually have only one or two word answers. When having a more obvious attack my heart races hard, I start hyperventilating or breathing very oddly/hard, I no longer have logic and have thought tunnel vision so to say, I pace at times, others I talk very fast, alot of time I don't remember what happened or what was said, I can strike out verbally, freeze up when it takes over so I tend to lay down, major staring off into space, I can lose a day or more in memory. After a attack that's more explosive I then feel major fatigue, depression gets much worse, and takes days if not weeks to feel relatively normal again.
