I never thought I'd ever have a brain tumor cause I'm not that lucky. My mother died of cancer, it spread to her brain. I worked in a hospital with patients, one of which has a brain tumor. Never thought I had a brain tumor.

hypochondria, the name for that medical anxiety you're talking about, sucks and is difficult to deal with. my approach is to just ask some of my friends who have more medical experience than me. they're not doctors or nurses but they're older so have gone through more, plus I just have lots of people around me with health issues so that helps with my paranoia... like I'll be fine, here are all these people that have gone through so much and they're still going. not everyone has that, but with things like anxiety it can help to put things in perspective. as always if things get worse and don't let up go see someone, but remember that your brain affects the rest of your body way more than we realize. if you're convinced you have one, you can manifest symptoms because of that. seeing someone will help, both a therapist and a doctor

I recommend getting bloodwork done just in case you have low B12 or Iron.
