Nearly everyone in my family has/has had a form of Still's Disease and it's all progressed different. The main thing to look out for is locking of muscles and joints for small periods of time. Another thing could also be high temperatures and fatigue.

Thank you! I've had it since I was a kid and as someone who is only 19 now, I'm trying to figure out how to prepare for my future as the issues progress. I genuinely did not know that locking of muscles was part of all this and it makes soooo much sense now! Thank you!

I would watch out for excessive stiffness of joints and muscles, that can lead to flares and actual locking of joints and muscles. For me it’s when my hands really start to stiffen up and that’s how I know I’m starting to have a flare up. Which isn’t uncommon for people with Still’s. Keep note of your personal problem joints, and keep track of pain from day to day that can help you keep tract of your personal health and know if and when you’re starting to get a flare up.

Thank you, do you know of any apps that could possibly help with day to day tracking?
