Taking the First Step: My Journey to Better Mental Health

ok. I did a thing. last week, I had an appointment with a primary care doctor and actually went. yesterday I went and got the bloodeork the Dr ordered. today, I called and made an appointment with a therapist AND a psychiatrist. I'm due to see the primary care Dr again next week. now I'm freaking out. but I did it. and that in itself is a HUGE step for me. continuing this journey of self care to be better for myself and my family, even though it absolutely terrifies me. I just wanted to put it out there. if you're struggling, I get it. and I know how extremely difficult it is. but even though I am silently freaking out- I am also really proud of myself.
