At first I did a lot! Along with stammering and slurred speech. I was teaching and would do nothing but rest between lectures. I went to speech therapy to assist with this issue. I would do tongue exercises and use like sounding words closely together at a fast pace to practice.

karaoke! Pick a slow song to sing along to. I couldn't speak at all and myself speech therapist would constantly play my favorite song and I eventually started to sing along!! My song is wonderwall by oasis hopefully that helps!!❤️

well that's great and all but like I don't for example, I just stutter when coming up with my own thoughts

I will stutter and stammer but that happens when I get flustered or I’ve got bad brain fog. But if it’s happening while formulating your thoughts, I’d ask your doc.
