Teeth Moving from Oral Stimming: Need Suggestions

Does anyone have experience with their teeth moving from oral stimming? So I hate chewlery/ other things like that. I tend to catch myself biting blankets, the front of my shirt, other fabric. Which I'm not the most proud of. It's kind of gross at a certain point, but I have no thoughts on what I can do to replace it with something else. ANYWAY. I don't know if it's the cause of my teeth moving. I had braces as a kid and wore my retainer.. until I stopped. but even then my teeth seemed to have dramatically moved. I could just be over thinking it. Since I switch insurance I am able to get Invisalign fully covered. I don't want to ruin this second chance by damaging my teeth further. Does anyone have any suggestions on something I can replace this behavior with. I don't want to stop stimming. Its perfectly healthy, but just something to redirect it!!! idk if any of this makes sense. be well!!

Does it have to be new oral stims or can they be other types of stimming?

i did the same thing but unfortunately can't afford Invisaligns (my teeth are awful) recently instead of messing with my teeth i started very slightly and gently opening and closing my mouth (slight enough to where nobody can tell) and kind of tapping it to songs if that makes sense?

I have an oral fixation and my favorite way to stim is sucking on things too! the best I've found for it is kinda weird, like really weird but it works and hasn't damaged my teeth so far too! an Adult sized binky :/ it's kinda gross with what it's usually associated with online but it's worth it to me. also do not go searching for this without safe search on, you will not like it (unless you do, I have no room to judge)
