Can anyone help me I think I’ve got fibromyalgia I’ve got a blood test booked on 20/01/2023 I just want to know what symptoms did everyone have and how did they get it diagnosed., I have no energy at all my joints hurt to the point I can’t sometimes unscrew a bottle I m just so tired all the time but I struggle falling asleep and then staying asleep. My body temp is never regulated I’m either freezing cold ( clammy sweats) or boiling hot . I’m only 58 but I’ve no quality of life at all it takes me all my time to make a coffeee please someone help me thank you
