Has anyone tried a TENS device like Ovira?

Has anybody tried a TENS device? Like Ovira? I’ve been looking into buying one, but not sure if it’s 100% worth the money!

I wish I could say it helped but I tried one it did almost nothing for me. Luckily I was able to return it. I can’t remember the brand but from what understand they’re all pretty similar.

For super small cramps/not a total flare up, it helped enough for me to walk around the fairgrounds. But on a bad day it didn’t do much. The only things that help then are a heating pad and weird positions for me

I liked the ovira, but it broke really quickly. Company was good about making it right but after two breaks I was kind of over the hassle. I then tried the Livia because it’s less money up front and it auto sends new sticky gels but it is also getting damaged. I feel like they should have better chords for things that clip to a bending point in your body??? As far as working, if it’s just cramps or low back pain then the electric impulses seems to do a good job of lessening the pain but after awhile the buzzing can become uncomfortable. If it’s side/ovary area pain it makes it worse sometimes.
