Don’t ever feel like you’re inconveniencing anyone especially your friends. What worked for me before I got my ostomy bad was to do a trial and error on certain foods. Keep a little journal with you on how those foods you are that day made you feel. You’re also going to an amusement park! Have fun and use the bathrooms around you. Don’t not enjoy yourself because you’re worried about others. I hope you have an amazing and memorable time!

I really like theme parks. Despite the illness, I didn't give them up. I think that before you go you should understand what can cause the disease to worsen and what can't. Also, try to avoid foods that cause aggravation. Besides that, the medication helps me a lot to control the flare-ups. What's for sure - I won't eat at the park's cafeteria, I'll bring my own food from home, that way I know for sure what's in the food and have control over it.
