Tics while gaming, could it be related to epilepsy or autism?

I get tics when I’m tired or if I’m thinking hard when gaming (board games) but it also happens with video games. Last time I played Genshin on my PC it happened 5 times. I haven’t been diagnosed with anything that cause directly cause this. I’ve been diagnosed with epilepsy but I’ve only had one seizure and that was 2 years ago. I’ve been thinking I may be autistic but I’m changing psychiatrists right now so I haven’t gotten that evaluated yet.

My husband and his friend have autism and my husband has epilepsy, now do I think or know the two are connected, no I don't know but everyone is different his friend has a tic and my husband doesn't but I know it may make you feel different but that doesn't mean anything is wrong with you it just means you see the world a little differently and that's OK if you need anything let me know and I can ask him and let you know of any questions you have
