Tips for Improving Memory

Do you have any tips to getting my memory back or for at least making it a little better? I'm tired of being so confused all the time.

Can you help? Connect today

I don't have tips for getting your memory back per se but doing mind games/memory games online has helped me a little. I also got a job as a receptionist for a while and I had to memorize a lot of people's names and stuff and that helped a lot too

Mmm I have heard some people going through old photos and journals especially around the time that you can’t remember can be helpful to remember even if it isn’t actually remembering at first- but it can spark the memory and you can then remember other aspects or things of those specific events but I haven’t tried that personally

Also I realized I’m a dumb-a** and didn’t understand the question properly 😅. Writing stuff down- like all the time- post it notes or a journal or even your notes app- writing what you need to remember down and then try and work to only writing down key things or phrases that will help you remember what the note was meant for

I had a closed head injury December of 2001 had amnesia and I was forced to get better on my own. What I can say helped me the most is keeping a journal and writing everything down I did throughout the day and took notes of nearly everything. I carried my journal with me everywhere I went. Best of wishes
