Having a moment to just sit and breathe. This could be meditation, praying, or just taking about 1-5 minutes of breathing with my eyes closed. Not thinking about what stresses you out is difficult, but just doing that for 5 minutes can really help. It's not procrastination if it's a controlled break, and especially if it can help you focus on the task once you're done. 😉
