Tips for Studying with Mental Health and Medical Conditions?

I am looking to see if anyone has tips on studying while working through mental health and medical conditions I am comming off my anti-depressants because they irritate my vasomotor rhinitis and I am rushing around trying to get caught up on classes and doctors, to a point where caring for me doesn't seem do-able.

As far as studying goes, classical music and any dubstep without vocals has helped me get in the zone, and having a designated study space like a desk with a lamp, maybe a smelly candle, or a fidget toy really helps with not feeling so frustrated with the work. As far as non literal studying goes and the situation as a whole, I've found counseling within the school as well as carrying fidget toys based on sound in your bag can help. Taking time to eat even if you forget to be hungry due to your stress will make you realize you could have so much more mental and physical energy than you thought you could, especially with cleaner foods for snacks like pure dark chocolate covering something like peanuts, or Pecans and natural honey. I hope this can somehow help.

Agreed. Soothing music, binary beats, differed oils anything like that!
