I'd say lots of breathing I mean for me I get super stressed with my brothers but just Breathe and go to your happy place also as gay as it may sound ask your family member to hold your hand when your on the plane I was told it's supposed to help so anything works

For me, I have found that grinding techniques help, find a game on your phone like crosswords, or puzzle games that keep your mind working but aren't stressful, reading is my favorite go to, but a lot of people love audiobooks, and if you can maybe bring some headphones and listen to some soothing sounds. I also found it helps me when I feel panicky to tell myself "I am safe, I am okay"
