Tips for Lowering A1C with Diabetes, PTSD, Depression, PCOS, and ED

Hi, I’m Jay and I’m type one Diabetic, I have PTSD, Depression, PCOS all that stuff and I’m Trans and used to have a ED. I’m not sure what to put here but I would like some tips on lowering my A1C if anyone knows how to. It’s nice to meet you.

hello its nice to meet you. my sons is trans male. so i understand somethings but im not trans so i cant say i get it but its great youre here.my bf is diabetic and he lowered his to 5.1 by keeping carbs 120 a day walk for half hour three times a week. cut out diet soda and stick to protein and veggies. u should see a difference in a month and a half

Thanks for the info, I’ll definitely try that. My current A1C is around 10 when it was 13 last time so I need to get it down a bit.
