I sometimes dissociate so I've been using this soft slime to squish and make my body feel more "real."

I use a fitness trackers to keep track of my sleep, water intake, heart rate, and steps to help me pace. I use the app Bearable (free!) to keep track of my symptoms/medications/nutrition etc. I use my heating pad almost every day for pain! And ice packs especially in the summer. I use ear plugs and sunglasses to manage sensory overload. I use a lap desk/bed tray to prop up my computer or books in bed so I’m not straining my neck. Sometimes I use a shower bench. I use mi cellar water to wash my face easily when I’m doing poorly. I use ginger chews often for nausea and electrolytes (I use LMNT) to help me hydrate quickly and well (and manage POTS). And I use the library a lot lol. The Libby app lets you borrow ebooks from the library so you don’t even need to leave the house! So many things! Hope some of them are useful :-)

I use alarms to remind myself of just about everything important. Even simple daily tasks like washing my face. I won't remember without one. I've been using apps on my phone to track my exercise but I'm looking into getting a separate tracker/watch for that. I also use an app to make lists for everything from passwords to groceries to how I should study. I love making lists.

Personally like things that I can color in and a few free spaces to doodle. Doesn't have to be alot of space. But I do like it decorated helps me not feel like it's a chore or homework
