Increased Tic Frequency with Marijuana Use in Tourette's Syndrome

Has anyone else with TS had increased tic frequency when using Marijuana? When I do, I get way more tics than usual and no longer feel the premonitory urge feeling before a tic. It makes my tics happen more roughly, and due to the lack of premonitory urge, I don't even have a guess as to what tic it's going to be. I also loose the ability to suppress tics (probably since I can no longer feel the urge while high) so they may happen at near tic attack frequency, though it doesn't hurt becuase of the pain relief you get when high. Does anyone else experience this?

Yea but not during the high. I completely relax during that. It’s usually the next day but I think it could be because it increases anxiety and it may be interfering with my meds. As long as it isn’t bothering you severely than you should be okay
