Tips for Organizing Medications When Traveling

I have a big out of country trip coming up in a few months. I'm a bit scared about forgetting medication so my question is, how do you guys organize your medications or medical supplies when going on vacation?

I make a list normally, I write down the list of medications I need and go through each one to make sure I have everything, or purchase a pill organizer then, you have an entire weeks worth of AM and PM medications without having to carry around a bunch of pill bottles with you, and you take all of your medications at the same time!

Just make sure before you leave the country you don’t cross any borders or get to the airport with any medications that are prohibited here or where you are traveling too. It’s really a smart idea to check on this before you leave the country because this can delay you and you don’t wanna learn the hard way or ruin your trip. Sometimes what’s legal here isn’t legal elsewhere.
