go to the gynecologist and they will likely prescribe you multiple steroid ointments that you use in a specific order to taper down the strength of the steroids and prevent flare ups

I use triamcinolone prescribed by my gynecologist. I've used it for a few years and using it 3 times per week and it works for me.

clobetesol I use when it is really bad...changed gyno and new Doc said try clean eating diet and use coconut oil daily...it is working

what do you mean clean eating and how specifically do you use the coconut oil added to the meals or applied to the skin?

I was prescribed an Estriol topical cream. I can’t really say it works that well. In conjunction with Lichen Sclerosus I also have a severe case of Vitiligo and Hashimotos Hypothyroidism
