What kinds of foods are making you sick? If you can identify what they are that would be a good start in getting better. Next go to a dr and get some medicine for it i take viberzi for ibs-d.

I cut out dairy products for over 10 years I don’t really miss anything tbh, I have to eat slow and chew my food, limit water when eating, I found my “safe foods” and usually stick with them until the flare up is over. Unfortunately my safe food and your safe foods are probably different but usually it’s rice, potato’s, chicken breast, alt milk and oatmeal

I think it’s important to keep in mind that everyone is different. Ask your providers and if there are foods that are troublesome, your doctor might suggest an elimination diet or allergy testing to rule out problematic foods.

Cut out stress. This includes stressful people. Be okay with saying “no” and setting boundaries. (Stress is one of my biggest triggers.) and take fiber supplements to help stay regular.
