Think of a word that 4-5 letters long and then any word that starts with each letter of your chosen word. Example: Word: Taco T: tulip A: acorn C: cat O: orange When you’re done you pick a new word and start over I’ve found this keeps my brain stimulated enough to not get restless, but simple and boring enough to not stress me out or spiral into other trains of thought. It’s like the ADHD version of counting sheep. Learned this from a tiktok I saw.
