I struggle with all of these as well. It’s all about taking it one step at a time and knowing that even our own thoughts can be lying to us or making us perceive things in the incorrect way. I’ve found that focusing on the positive things no matter how small has helped me a lot to change my perspective and thoughts. Over time it becomes easier to pinpoint the things that are true and not. It isn’t always easy there are always going to be rough days but it’s all about moving forward and thanking yourself for getting you this far!
