It’s a bit difficult in the beginning if you like to eat like me, but it is not impossible to manage and you will do great, you will!!!!!

I found out 2 months ago I had type 2. My A1C shot up after getting 3rd Covid vaccine shot. Been running 5.7-5.8 for years then it shoots up to 8.1 after getting shot. Wish I never got that dang shot.

It’s been about a year now. Type 2 is very doable. Find the foods you can eat, veggies and berries and meats.i lost weight eat very clean and my numbers are great.
