Need advice for managing type 2 diabetes without medication

Hello I am new here so I’m a little shy I have type 2 diabetes and I haven’t been taking any medications for it and for my high blood pressure! Reason being is because I have no health insurance or a doctor! I know it’s pretty stupid on my part but I need to steer myself in the right path Any diet advice or natural things I can take

For diet advice I would say just watch you're fast carbs and to try to eat balance meals. For sweets just have them occasionally. For medications they do have several apps to help save you money one is called singlecare it can help save up to 80% and the other is called Good RX. As far as not having a doctor have you tried reaching out to you're community?

I have a link to sign up for medicaid. It's easy. Ya gotta start somewhere 😉

I don’t have Insurance and don’t qualify for medicaid. I do invest in Sam’s club Plus and good rx.
