Honestly….I can’t endorse weed enough for anxiety. Especially straight-up CBD. I’m my experience, THC can occasionally trigger some anxiety thoughts. But anyways, the CBD literally erases my anxiety sometimes. Like it makes it go away in *that moment*

Vitamins. They keep my sleep schedule on track for some reason? It’s not melatonin or anything, just a daily multivitamin. But I can only sleep soundly and at a proper time when I take them consistently. Good sleep helps everything from my chronic illness to my disability symptoms to my anxiety.

Weed. Just weed honestly. Bipolar. ADHD. CPTSD. HEDS. OCD. Gastroparesis. Periods. I found my regimen I know what to get and which to use when its great. But I do have POTS. (A moment of silence for the few times I did a dab and immediately stood up just to hit the floor like a fool.)

For me okra pepsin e3 and dermatrophin. They help with gastroparesis and EDS respectively. The brand I use is Standard Process. They are reputable and on Amazon I think.
