If you're feeling bad all the time, that's definitely enough to know something is up. To try and figure out what's wrong, try categorising your emotions and what you want to do when you feel them. I know depression makes me want to sleep a lot, hide away from everyone and makes me constantly tired. From what I understand of trauma related disorders, it's likely if you have a past trauma associated event that it could cause some panic like symptoms. If you find yourself freezing up a lot and getting stuck in a whirlpool of this past event from time to time, that could be more of an indication of a trauma related disorder. The best way would be to go to a psychiatrist and get tested but I know that's not possible for everyone. I hope you're okay 💜💜

I’m ok, every once and a while I’ll get anxiety or depression like symptoms when I’m thinking about past certain events. It usually only lasts a few hours and isn’t very often. I was just kinda curious
