Understanding Panic Disorder: Anxiety Attacks vs. Panic Attacks

What is Panic disorder? I’m diagnosed with GAD but I’d I have anxiety attacks AND panic attacks too, would that be a panic disorder?

Yea I'm guessing when you keep having panic attacks it becomes a disorder

How do you deal with it? Do you take anything?

therapy. Though, therapist likes to talk on the anxiety side of things rather than acknowledge the panic. Any grounding skills. I have my service dog in training too.

I try to spray myself with spray bottle. Tell myself what’s happening rather than thinking I’m “dying.” And breath teq to lessen.
