I was pretty much this but I just got diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome and lipomas

Try searching about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, specifically the Hypermobility type. H-EDS is what I have and those are some of the things I experience too! It might not be that but it is worth a shot

I would look into EDS (not just hypermobility, there are many many forms of EDS) and look into answers that may not be autoimmune. Lots of autoimmune symptoms are also associated with other illnesses, genetic disorders, and diseases - it’s important to look everywhere and exhaust all options from autoimmune to genetic and even less common causes such as environmental factors for symptoms.
