Unhealthy Food Habits: Need Advice

Recently I've realized that I have unhealthy habits with food. Either I feel guilt for not finishing whatever I have and stuff my face until it's all gone. Or I have feelings of dread like I don't know when I'll get this or any type of food again so I eat as much as possible. Not sure what it relates to.

The second one sounds like textbook food insecurity. First one may relate to social anxiety. I dont know much about eating disorders, but those terms may give you a launching point for a google or something.

I relate the first habit. I feel guilty for not finishing food because that’s how I was raised, you finish all the food on your plate. I’m still trying to overcome that habit by being more focused on my physical feelings of hunger and anxiety. I try to eat only when I’m hungry, not stressed or anxious, and slow enough to realize when I’m physically full. The second habit seems to be a fear response, and to be less about the food/body image, and more so about food security.
