Unprecedented Numbness and Pain in Head

I don't know how to describe my day because I've never had a day like today it seemed like my whole body was numb and I couldn't move and every time I lifted my head I had this incredible pressurized pain in my head so I've basically slept from 9am until 3pm when I got up because I had to pee and now thankfully to God that pressure in my head is now just a dull presence and the numbing is now also a dull presence because I can move again. I'm going to definitely let my doctor know about this but in the meantime anybody ever experienced this before.

I have the same issue some days. My doctor says it's intermittent catalepsy... but that's just me. Sometimes the pain is so bad that my brain can only process the least of it.
