Yes!!! And I’ve noticed recently that the night before I have a migraine I will suffer from dizzy spells.

Very much so! I have complex “hemiplegic” migraines. So my bad ones cause stroke symptoms and since I’ve had a stroke it’s really scary.

Right now I am going through massive thyroid and parathyroid issues…. I am getting all sorts of “new” symptoms or increased symptoms due to that. It’s insane

I can have symptoms of a migraine but no pain, but still leaves brain exhaustion, the inability to speak properly. An ones where I cannot speak, move, sleep, or cry. Since I also have non epileptic seizures then I end up concerning my friends and boyfriend with my rougher ones. My last bad one I should've sent my boyfriend home because he's seen more seizures than painful migraines, but I was selfish wanting him for comforts sake❤️

Yep, 100%. The unpredictability is just one more thing to work around 😬
