What vitamins do you take and why?

What vitamins do y'all take and what does it work for? the only one I take is iron because I have an iron deficiency

For my iron deficiency I cut down on green tea (hinders absorption) and also take folic acid. I used to take magnesium for the same reason but it didn't sit well with my stomach, and you could add vitamin c but I have an autoimmune disorder and supporting it too much is a very bad idea 🤣 though, I do take B12 to help with my autoimmune disorder!

I take a probiotic to help with GERD and general stomach unease. I take D3 and B12 because I was deficient. I also have a hair & nail supplement that includes biotin which I started because my nails were weak and peeling—it takes over a month, but I saw the difference with that one very clearly.

I started taking the Hair, Skin and Nails from Swisse as when I went to my GP I asked about a single multivitamin that I could take that covers most bases that I need daily. I also take Vitamin D3 since I have deficiency and fish oil which none of the previous 2 cover.
