As far as how it feels, once I hit my correct dose (60mg/day) it literally doesn't feel like anything. I just take it in the morning and I don't notice it all day long, and then it wears off at night and I get tired.
I can take naps on it, eat on it, it's like I'm just a normal functioning person.
From what I've heard from many clinicians...

How it worked until I hit my proper dose:
about 45 minutes after I took the pill (7:30), like clockwork, I would feel a bit of that tightness in my stomach that indicated I needed to quickly eat something or else I may not be able to for the next 4 or 5 hours.
About 15 minutes after that, also like clockwork, I would have a bit of activity in my pores, though I wouldn't really call it sweating (after the first week of the first doses, anyway), they just opened...
+ and I would feel a bit of a bump of energy that came from within.
+ I would also feel a slight bump of anxiety, as if I had just remembered that I had previously forgotten something. This usually resulted in me jumping up and getting something done, because I just felt like I had something I'd forgotten that I needed to do.
Every 4 hours throughout the day I would get another little one of these waves of energy
and then the last three waves at the end of the day would feel progressively less and there would be progressively less time between, such that after the third one, my energy level would drop off. Each successive way of made me feel a bit more tired than the last, and reminded me that my day was coming to an end so I needed to wrap up my activities. The bruxism would also begin to return, that's my ability to focus attention almost entirely fell off. Conversations would get filled with tangents again, and I would forget what I was doing in the middle of doing it because I started doing something else.
But, like I said, as soon as I went from 50 mg to 60 mg, the first day I thought something might be wrong because I didn't feel any of the waves of energy, but by midday I realized I'd been more productive than before and had zero of the other side effects or breakthrough symptoms.
