Waiting for Mobic to Work

how long did it take for mobic to start working? it's my two week mark tonight and i haven't felt any change, which i was prepared for but kind of bummed out about anyway

It's one of those Dmards so it might for little while and you might have switch up..I've been on it for a few years now ..but I think its time for me try something new..

thanks for the response, my rheumatologist has a second NSAID lined up for me to try after this but i have four more weeks left of the trial unfortunately

i have chronic pain and dislocations and i was told to take mobic as needed, however i don’t find it helps my pain at all

hrm that's frustrating. i have an unfortunate feeling that it may not work for me either. hopefully you're able to get something that works

If it's not working after 2 weeks then it's not going to help your pain must be from something else other then inflammation.

well i was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis after an mri, so i definitely know What's causing it

I take it for osteoarthritis and I can tell a difference when I stop taking it.

Turns out I have spinal stenosis and fibro. Def ask for something else it should work within a week

i can't try anything new until the end of the six week trial period set by my rheumatologist unfortunately

IV been on this for a long time and if I don't have my mobic I hurt bad and I get to where I can't walk with in a few days
