Waking Up Early: Is It Good or Bad?

recently I've been waking up before my alarm clocks like 6 or 7 am in the morning, normally I wake up around 8 am. on one hand I have more time to do stuff, but I'm tired by the afternoon. I'm not sure why I wake up so early.

I know I'm waking up earlier because the sun is rising earlier where I live. Maybe the changing seasons is effecting your sleep cycle?

It might be a good thing! Listen to your body. Maybe going to bed earlier and getting up earlier is better.

Same i just drink some water and go back to sleep for a few more hrs. Feels much more energized

But its hard for me to fall asleep again so i take xanax!

I take melatonin with it, I sometimes wake up groggy but most days I'm fine.
