Warm Sensation During Panic Attacks

Does anyone else get a warm sensation running through their body when they are panicking?

I get a bit of a tingly thing, like if I touch my face it tingles as my fingers move across. I do also start sweating so warm I guess lol

Yes but i find it is usually caused by embarrassment or stress on some occasions.

I go between being really hot and sweating to being really cold and shivering uncontrollably
