Need help with water retention and flavored water

Hi! I have a lot of trouble with water retention and though I know drinking more water helps I struggle to drink enough. I try to avoid sugar and carbs so I look for flavored water to help me drink more but most things that have flavor without sugar are loaded with sweeteners that I can't really tolerate. Wondering if anyone has found something that has some flavor without the nasty stuff? Or anything else that has helped! Thanks!

Thanks Daz! I have used lemon but unfortunately lose interest after a while. I have not tried limes though. Might have to give it a shot.

Have you looked into gluten free eating for thyroid issues? There’s a pretty big correlation that might help things for you if you want to research it. Hugs! 💕
