I been cursed with rheumatoid arthritis since I was 15 now 51 years old. It runs bad on both sides of the family. I quit taking my medicine bc my Dr has me on opiates, and I don't want to be a pill pooper. I feel like I did my body more harm than good. Bc now I have to force myself to get up and get to work... The only thing I take is one teaspoon of vinegar every day and one teaspoon of honey.

I've found that taking ginger and tumeric supplements have helped with the pain and stiffness. I occasionally have to take Ibuprofen and 5mg-10mg of prednisone for periodic flareups.
