Weaning off of nexium has been rough…I just stopped taking it and now I realize why I was on it in the first place, my reflex makes me lose my apetite and I constantly have burning in my throat and feels like I could throw up at any moment and with small movement. Any advice? I take Tums a lot, I also take peppermint and carroway oil since it has some clinical backing to help but haven’t taken it consistently enough to tell much.
