Absolutely Fibro plays a huge shift when the weather changes as well as allergies and asthma and also my chronic migraines sometimes I can feel the rain coming or a shift in pressure outside

Absolutely. Heat and humidity make my MCAS symptoms worse and cold, wet weather flares my fibro and arthritis.

Lots of self care. I've packs/heating pads, pillows, turmeric supplements, and good ole pot.

I keep track of the weather reports pretty closely, especially predicted changes in barometric pressure and temperature; then I'm at least a little able to be ready in advance (well-rested, well-hydrated, stocked up on groceries and meals in the freezer) for when those dips happen. 💕

I find Fall and Winter to be rough with my fibromyalgia! Warm weather and the shift of seasons shifting back to warm to be much better!
