I have been on an injection called Invega that I get every 10 weeks. I've been on it for roughly 8 years. I've definitely gained a significant amount of weight while on it. The horrible thing is that it's the only medication that works for me, so I have to deal with the weight gain. I have severe depression and low self-esteem and was recently put on a mood stabilizer called Lamictal. I haven't noticed a huge difference yet, but I'm hopeful.
