I haven’t yet 😥

I lost a lot of weight on it but i combined it with changes in diet and lots of movement. The only thing it does is lowers your appetite, if you have binging tendencies it won't help.

I actually did and funny enough it's due to me eating MORE. Lol. My depression and anxiety made me eat so little that I would crash energywise after 24 hours and just scarf down a box of honeybuns or whatever to get energy back. It actually gave me an appetite again, so I'm eating small meals, all throughout the day. Plus it gave me my original appetite for fruits and veggies (I normally had before this severe depression), and somehow that's translated into weight loss. Plus I'm not laying in the couch all day stuck in nonstop hate myself mode. I think that helps.

Also it took me a good month, almost 2, to get to this point. Forgot the first part of the question.
