Struggling with Weight Loss and POTS: Need Advice

I want to lose weight but with pots it makes your work out intolerant but doctors also tell you to work out it helps with pots.. where do I start? trying home work outs my heart rate goes over 200 I get light headed and have to stop any advice is welcomed
